Luna Lovegood

I need to come up with a way to make the Nargles think I am home in my flat, even when I am gone for an extended period of time. It seems if I'm gone for longer than three days, they think they can move back in and inhabit the place all over again. I could almost expect it when I'm gone for months at a time, after all, to them the carpet and drapery is, well, it's like going to a five-star Resort! (And it is very out of season for mistletoe, they have to live somewhere!) However, this last time I was only gone for a weekend. One. Weekend.

I come home and they had already created a COLONY. Crafty little buggers, they are! Can't keep 'em around or they'll steal EVERYTHING you own.

So now my flat is without carpet OR drapery, and I think I ought to go buy some. I wonder if there is a particular colour that will offend their senses and they will stay away. Perhaps something.. bright. Hrm.

( I think I'll just go down and have some pudding and wait for it all to turn up - it always does in the end )
